2020 has brought many changes to our personal and professional lives. CORE has always prioritised providing customised and purpose-built education and consultation for Human Service organisations.
The need for ongoing training and professional development does not disappear under the current climate, and changes to our workplaces. What is changing is the way in which educational training can be delivered.
We have spent the past few months creating new systems and options for the provision of professional development, staff orientation, performance coaching and consultation in a safe manner, both remotely and when requested in safe and appropriate ways, in person.
We have incorporated an innovative Learning Management System to transfer all our current course curriculums to be delivered as E-Learning programs. The implementation of delivery is also customisable.
